Aloha and thank you for your interest in our Ho'olei Furniture Packages. We are very proud of each design and the quality we provide at a fair price.

Our lead designer, Valorie Spence, has been in the developers design group at Ho'olei since the beginning. She is totally familiar with all the colors and finishes in the project.

Since we live and work on Maui and have a close relationship with the developer we can be your eyes to observe your unit being finished and install your package with skill and in a timely manner.

We offer furniture packages to reflect the Maui lifestyle and Island attitude and meet the high quality demands of the Grand Wailea. All the furnishings meet and/or exceed the requirements of the Grand Wailea for your Ho'olei Unit.

Most of the fabrics are contract grade (specifically designed for the hospitality industry—restaurants and hotels) so they are durable and soil/sun resistant. Durability is important for your rental use of the unit.

If these fabrics are not as luxurious as you want for your personal use we can provide a special custom package for you using top of the line Brands and high end fabrics, linens, and accessories.

The Design boards with the 3 color ways and 3 furniture styles are attached. Choose the furniture style and then a color way from the boards. For example, the Makena furniture in the Haiku color way. Package prices are based on furniture styles not fabric colors.

Your custom design selection is always an option.

The furniture package does not include the required electronics for each unit. Media is such a big part of our lives and with so many options that we recommend an electronics team to install and maintain the pieces.
