The way you live in a home... and the way that we market and sell a house are two different things.
Merchandising involves depersonalizing the home inside and out. The distractions are removed so that potential buyers focus on the space and not what is in the space. Buyers can see what they are getting, and, after a simple walk through, start to imagine their family living there. If buyers merely glance into rooms as they walk through the house, they are clearly not interested, and will never buy your house. A well-edited room will draw the buyer in to the space to spend time there. |
